INNOVATION
Reinventing the desert data centre.
Liquid cooling, prefabricated modules, on-site power, digital twins: we prove what makes compute possible in the heat.
FRONTIERS
What we put to the test
Liquid and direct-to-chip cooling
Cold plates mounted on the processors remove heat at the source. Liquid carries far more heat than air, so racks can be much denser.
Modular and edge data centres
Modules built and tested in the factory, shipped in containers, to deploy faster and in phases, even in remote regions.
Power generated on site
Natural gas turbines generate electricity on site, with or without the grid. Storage secures the supply, and a solar field complements it when the project allows.
Digital twins and AI-assisted operations
A digital replica of the campus to simulate loads, anticipate failures and tune cooling in real time.
Water-free cooling
A closed refrigerant loop and dry coolers: heat is rejected to the air without drawing or evaporating water. Zero water consumption, a decisive advantage in arid regions.
CONFIGURATOR
Compose your Next Gen AI data centre.
Change the power, the density and the energy: the building reconfigures before your eyes, from the electrical rooms to the data halls.

Illustrative example: racks of 80 to 100 kW cooled by direct-to-chip liquid (25 kW with air); 7 m bays each holding up to six rows of 16 racks, a PDU room, a UPS and battery room and a transformer, a bay per generator; one generator per four megawatts plus one on standby, in a building next door; dry coolers on the roof; one building up to 50 MW, two beyond; one battery container per two megawatts, one gas turbine per 25 megawatts plus one on standby. Every project is sized to measure.
APPROACH
Prove, measure, deploy.
A technology only enters a campus once it has proven itself in the conditions of the site: heat, dust, humidity, grid quality.
IN PLAIN TERMS
Frequently asked questions
What is direct-to-chip cooling?
Cold plates are mounted directly on the processors. A liquid flows through them and carries heat away at the source. Because liquid carries far more heat than air, racks can be much denser.
Can a data centre be cooled without water in the desert?
Yes. A closed refrigerant loop carries the heat to dry coolers, which release it into the air without drawing or evaporating water. The equipment is sized for the heat of the site.
Why generate electricity on site?
To have power available day and night, with or without the grid. Natural gas turbines generate the electricity, storage secures the supply and a solar field complements it when the project allows.
What is a digital twin for?
It is a digital replica of the campus. It makes it possible to simulate loads before installing them, to anticipate failures and to adjust cooling in real time.
