SOVEREIGNTY AND SUSTAINABILITY
Zero water consumption.
Sovereign, secure and eco-responsible hosting.
WATER
Zero water consumption.
Our campuses cool with a closed refrigerant loop: nothing is drawn, nothing evaporates. Even in the heart of the desert, compute does not cost a single drop of water to the places that host it.

SOVEREIGNTY
Your data, under your jurisdiction
Data under the jurisdiction you choose
The campus stands where its users are: data and models remain under the jurisdiction of the country that entrusts them.
Dedicated, controlled infrastructure
Dedicated, secure and controlled capacity for sensitive workloads: sovereign AI, research, public services.
Transparent operation
Access, logs, indicators: the client keeps visibility and control of its infrastructure.
SUSTAINABILITY
Our commitments
Energy
Generated on site by natural gas turbines, backed by storage and complemented by solar when the project allows.
Heat
Server heat is recovered whenever a use exists nearby.
Generators
Backup only: they start only when the supply fails, never for everyday power.
Noise
Acoustically insulated equipment, for neighbours and teams alike.
Acceptability
Never an afterthought: early information, independent studies, ongoing communication with authorities and communities.
IN PLAIN TERMS
Frequently asked questions
What does “zero water consumption” mean?
That cooling draws and evaporates no water: it runs in a closed refrigerant loop, and the heat is released into the air. The indicator that measures it, WUE, is zero and tracked month after month.
What is sovereign hosting?
Hosting in which data and models stay under the jurisdiction of the country that entrusts them. The campus stands where its users are, with dedicated capacity and a client who keeps visibility over access and logs.
What happens to the heat from the servers?
It is released into the air by dry coolers. When a use exists nearby (greenhouses, crops, a heating network), it is recovered to supply it.
How are neighbours involved in a project?
Before the works, not after: early information, independent studies and ongoing communication with the authorities and the communities. Equipment noise is addressed from the design stage.
