Privacy policy
This site collects little information: what is needed to answer your requests and to measure its audience. Here is what, why, and how to exercise your rights.
Who is responsible
Nordik.ai is responsible for the information collected on this site. For any question about how it is handled, write to us through the contact form, mentioning “Privacy”.
What we collect
- Through the contact form: your name, organisation, job title, email, phone, the region and description of your project, as well as the language and address of the page you sent it from.
- Your language preference: a cookie named “nordik-language”, kept for one year, that brings you back to your language.
- Through Google Analytics, an audience measurement tool: the pages viewed, the length and origin of visits, the type of device and browser and the approximate region, by means of cookies (“_ga”) kept for up to two years.
- Our hosting provider’s technical logs: IP address, browser, pages requested and date, used for the security and proper running of the site.
What we do not do
This site uses no advertising cookie and no advertising tracking pixel. Its fonts are served by the site itself. We do not sell your information.
Why
- To answer your request and follow up on our exchanges.
- To show the site in your language.
- To measure the audience of the site in order to improve it.
- To protect the site against abuse and keep it running.
Who has access
Messages are received by the Nordik.ai team. The site and its forms are hosted by Netlify, Inc., in the United States, which processes this information on our behalf. Audience measurements are processed by Google LLC, in the United States, through Google Analytics. This information is not shared with any other third party, unless required by law.
How long
Messages are kept as long as needed to answer them and follow up on the relationship, then deleted. The language cookie expires after one year; the Google Analytics cookies, after two years at most.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to its processing or withdraw your consent by writing to us through the contact form. You may also contact the data protection authority of your country.
You can refuse audience measurement by blocking cookies in your browser or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
Security
Exchanges with the site are encrypted (HTTPS) and access to messages is limited to the people who need it.
